Burning Bridges AI Video Tutorial for Beginners: Photo, Settings, and Output

Oct 17, 2026GetBurningBridges Team

A beginner-friendly guide to the Burning Bridges AI video workflow, including photo requirements, credit costs, output format, privacy, and common problems.

What does this Burning Bridges AI video tutorial cover?

This beginner guide explains what the one-photo generator does, which settings affect your result, and what to check before you share it. It uses a fixed party-scene template: you provide one lead photo, then select a duration and resolution. The tool does not ask you to write a prompt or edit a timeline.

For exact upload and button-by-button instructions, follow the separate step-by-step guide to making a Burning Bridges AI video. To try the generator, open the create section.

What you need before creating a video

Prepare one photo of a person who has agreed to be included. The upload accepts JPG, PNG, and WebP files up to 10 MB. Choose a sharp image with one person clearly visible and even light across the face. Group shots, small faces, blur, strong shadows, and heavy filters can make the lead harder to identify.

You will also need credits for the length and resolution you choose. The four options are:

ChoiceCredits
15 seconds at 480p100
15 seconds at 720p300
28 seconds at 480p300
28 seconds at 720p600

Credit packs cost $9.99 for 100 credits, $19.99 for 300, or $39.99 for 1,000. They are one-time purchases. The selected video cost appears before generation. Eligible technical or provider-safety failures return charged credits when the account has complied with the Terms.

Understand the scene and settings

The template supplies the party room, actions, and supporting crowd. It accepts one lead image; it does not select friends from extra uploads or let you change the room in the current form. Character idea pictures on the homepage are inspiration, not editable scene presets.

Choose 15 seconds for the shorter cut or 28 seconds for the longer version. Choose 480p when the lower credit use matters most, or 720p when you want the higher available resolution. Higher resolution cannot repair a blurry or poorly lit source photo.

The export is landscape 16:9: 854 × 480 at 480p or 1280 × 720 at 720p. MP4 is the default download, although some results may be WebM. If your post needs a full-screen vertical 9:16 frame, crop or reframe the clip in an editor and check that the lead remains visible.

What to expect while it generates

The website estimate is usually 5–10 minutes. Actual processing depends on the queue and can take longer. Follow the on-page task status, then preview the result in My videos before downloading.

The generator may retain audio from the configured source video. Check the sound in your file and use only audio you have permission to post. The product information does not promise that every output is watermark-free; inspect the exact file before publishing.

Privacy and photo permission

The privacy policy says a temporary image copy used for automated moderation is deleted after the check. An approved image is then sent to the video-generation provider. Completed videos are available for up to 14 days and deleted within that period. Providers may apply their own retention policies. The policy does not publish a separate fixed input-retention or model-training period. Read the full Privacy Policy before uploading if you need more detail.

Upload only a photo you own or have the legal right to use, and get any consent required from identifiable people shown. Do not upload images of minors.

Common issues and what to do

  • The image will not upload: confirm it is a real JPG, PNG, or WebP file and under 10 MB. Renaming another format does not convert it.
  • The lead is hard to see: try a photo with one person, a larger face, even light, and sharp focus.
  • The selected option costs more credits than expected: check both length and resolution. The amount beside Generate is the cost for the selected combination.
  • The task is still processing: check its status before trying again; avoid starting duplicate requests.
  • Generation fails: eligible technical or provider-safety failures return charged credits when the account has complied with the Terms. Check the error message before retrying.
  • The result looks soft or framed differently than expected: preview the clip, remember that the output is landscape, and use a clearer source for another attempt.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use the generator on my phone?

The create form runs in a responsive web page. Upload a supported image from your phone browser, choose the settings, and follow the task status while it runs.

Can I change the room or add friends?

The current form uses one lead photo and a fixed scene. It does not accept extra friend photos or a custom room image.

Does the export contain the original “Burning Bridges” recording?

The output may retain audio from the configured source video. Check the generated file; the product does not grant music rights. Use audio you are allowed to share or choose music from the destination platform's licensed library.

Is there a free sample?

Public example videos can be viewed without purchasing a credit pack. A new custom generation uses credits; any signup balance, if available, is shown in the generator.

When you are ready, start with one clear photo.
