Burning Bridges AI Video Quality Tips: Photo and Settings Guide

Oct 16, 2026GetBurningBridges Team

Improve your Burning Bridges AI video with a clear photo, good light, a supported file type, and the right resolution. Use these tips before generating.

Start with the photo

The best Burning Bridges AI video starts with a photo where one person is easy to identify. Choose an image with even light, sharp focus, and enough detail to see the person at phone-screen size. A clean portrait, half-body photo, or full-body photo can work when the person stays prominent in the frame.

Before you upload, review the photo tips in the generator or open the upload form. The form accepts JPG, PNG, and WebP images up to 10 MB.

Photo checklist: what helps and what gets in the way

Better starting imageWhy it helpsAvoid
One person facing the cameraThe person is easier to read as the lead.A group photo where the lead is ambiguous.
Even light across the face and bodyThe image keeps detail in the shadows and highlights.Strong backlighting, deep shadows, or a dark room.
Sharp focus and natural colorThe source has more visible detail for the video model.Motion blur, heavy filters, or a compressed screenshot.
Person visible from head to torso, or moreThe image provides context for a moving party scene.A very small face far away in the frame.

There is no published minimum pixel dimension in the upload form. Pick the original, highest-quality image available instead of resizing it upward. Upscaling a blurry photo cannot restore details that are missing.

Upload format and size

Use a JPG, PNG, or WebP file no larger than 10 MB. If a photo fails to upload, first check the actual file extension and file size. Renaming a file does not convert its format. Export it from your photo app as one of the accepted types, then upload that exported image.

Only use a photo you own or have permission to use, and get consent from the person shown. Your uploaded image is used to create your video and is not shown in public examples.

Pick the resolution for the way you’ll share it

The generator offers 480p and 720p. Choose 480p when the lower credit cost matters most. Choose 720p when you want the higher available resolution. Both exports are landscape 16:9: 854 × 480 at 480p and 1280 × 720 at 720p. They do not fill a vertical phone screen by default.

Resolution describes the output frame size. It cannot fix a photo that is out of focus, underexposed, or too small. Start with a good source photo, then choose the resolution that fits your use and credit balance.

Download and share carefully

When the video is ready, preview it in My videos and select Download latest video. The download is MP4 by default; WebM may be returned for some generations. Check the exact file's framing, audio, and watermark before sharing. The generation can retain audio from the configured source video, and the product does not grant music rights.

The site’s processing estimate is usually 5–10 minutes, but actual time varies. If the video has not appeared yet, check its task status before starting another generation. For exact steps, use our Burning Bridges AI video tutorial.

Frequently asked questions

Does a higher-resolution upload guarantee a better result?

No. A sharp source helps, but framing, light, focus, and the generation itself all affect the result. The site does not publish a minimum input resolution.

Should I upload a group photo?

Use one clearly visible person as the lead. A group photo makes it harder to determine who should be featured.

Which setting should I choose first?

Choose 480p if you want to use fewer credits for a first attempt. Pick 720p when extra detail matters and the larger credit cost fits your balance.

What if my video looks wrong?

Try a clearer photo with even light and one visible person. Eligible technical or provider-safety failures return charged credits when the account has complied with the Terms. See the common Burning Bridges AI video mistakes and fixes.
