Terms of Service

1. The Service and Eligibility

GetBurningBridges turns a photo into a video using a selected scene, duration, and resolution. You must be at least 18 or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. The service is not for children, and you may not upload or generate images of anyone under 18.

AI results can be inaccurate, unexpected, non-unique, or different from the source photo. We do not guarantee that a result will meet your expectations or be suitable for a particular purpose.

2. Accounts, Credits, and Refunds

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Credit packs are one-time purchases, do not renew, and do not expire. We show the price, transaction currency, and credit cost before you purchase or generate. A request blocked by photo review does not consume credits. If a video cannot be completed because of a service issue or provider safety check, and you have followed these terms, we return the credits used. A completely unused pack may be eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase under our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by that policy.

3. Photos and Your Rights

You may upload a photo only if you own it or have all legal rights and permissions needed to use it for AI processing. If it shows an identifiable person, you must also obtain that person's consent and any other permission required by law. You may not upload an image of anyone under 18, non-consensual intimate imagery, pornography, sexual activity, or other prohibited content.

You retain the rights you already have in your photo. You grant GetBurningBridges Team a limited, non-exclusive right to use the photo and your selected settings only to provide, protect, and support the service, including by sharing them with providers described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your photo or generated video to train our own AI models.

4. Reference Videos, Audio, and Third-Party Rights

The service may use preselected reference videos, audio, music, names, or other materials supplied by us or third parties. Unless we explicitly state otherwise, those materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Making a template available does not grant you a license to copy, distribute, publicly perform, adapt, or monetize the underlying video or audio.

A generated result may contain third-party video or audio. Before downloading, posting, sharing, editing, or using a result commercially, you are responsible for checking that you have the rights and permissions required for every element and for following any license, platform, or rights-holder restrictions. We do not promise that a generated result is cleared for reuse or commercial use, and the service is not affiliated with a person, artist, brand, or rights holder unless we expressly say so.

5. Prohibited Use and Moderation

Do not use the service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, exploitative, or that violates another person's privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights. Do not use it to impersonate, deceive, exploit, or harm someone. Sexual content involving a minor, or content that sexualizes or exploits a minor, is strictly prohibited.

An automated third-party service reviews submitted photos before generation. Automated checks can miss prohibited content or flag compliant content. You remain responsible for following these terms even if an image passes review. We may reject an upload, stop a task, remove content, restrict an account, or suspend access when we reasonably believe the service is being used unlawfully or in violation of these terms.

6. Results and Retention

Download your video promptly. Videos stored by us are scheduled for deletion 14 days after generation completes. Copies held by service providers may be removed sooner under their own policies. We may remove a result earlier for security, legal, or operational reasons, and deleted results cannot be restored. Keep your own copy if you want to retain a video.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update or discontinue features, change credit costs before a new request, or temporarily restrict the service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. We will give notice of material changes where required by law.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms, update the date above, and provide notice through the service where appropriate or required by law. Changes apply from the stated effective date. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
