Refund Policy

1. Credit Packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases, do not renew, and do not expire. The price and payment currency are shown before checkout.

2. Failed Generations

If a video cannot be completed because of a service issue or provider safety check, and you have followed our Terms of Service, we automatically return the credits charged for that video. If photo review blocks your image, generation does not start and no credits are charged.

3. Refunds for Unused Packs

You may request a refund for an unused credit pack within 7 days of purchase. The pack must not have been used for a successfully generated and delivered video. If eligible, we refund the full amount paid to the original payment method and remove the pack's credits from your account.

Email hello@getburningbridges.com with the account email and order number. We will reply within 3 business days. Once credits from a pack have been used for a successfully delivered video, that pack is not eligible for a refund under this voluntary policy.

4. Delivered Results and Account Violations

AI results can vary. We do not return credits for a successfully generated and delivered video solely because you dislike it. Contact support if you believe a service issue affected your video; we will review your request.

We may deny a voluntary refund if an account was closed for violating our Terms of Service. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights or remedies.

5. Refund Processing and Billing Questions

If we approve a refund, we initiate it to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers commonly take 5–10 business days to show the funds, but timing varies. If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, contact us promptly with your account email, order number, or receipt so we can investigate. You may also contact your card issuer or payment provider.

6. Mandatory Consumer Rights

This policy supplements any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer right that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you. If this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal right, that right controls.
